The Leggings Wholesale Superstore will begin providing wholesale manufacturing services for your custom legging designs. With over 13 years experience in the leggings business, we have developed the very best in fabric development and manufacturing that allows us to provide the best in quality and service.
We anticipate to be offering manufacturing services by mid to late September and shall have more detailed information in the coming weeks. For now, here is some basic information to contemplate and keep in mind:
- We Provide 2 Types of Fabrics:
- Buttery Soft Milk Silk Fabric (92% Polyester 8% Spandex) in various fabric weights
- Vibrant print "Black Milk" shiny polyester style (88% Polyester 12% Spandex)
- We Utilize 2 Types of Fabric Printing:
- Water Print: Minimum Quantity: 3000 pieces (Only available for the buttery soft milk silk fabric) - This is a continuous random print on the legging where the fabric is first printed and then the legging is cut. This is only for the 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex milk silk fabric. This makes each legging distinctly different for this type of printing and is less expensive. The majority of the buttery soft styles use this method.
- Digital Print: Minimum Quantity: 500 pieces - This is a high quality digital print where the legging is first cut and then printed making each legging print exactly the same as the next. This style of fabric printing is more expensive but the actual digital print is very detailed.
NOTE: The quantities are not negotiable. These are minimum quantities and represent a minimum amount for printing.
